Nida Aly Design Return & Exchange Policy

At Nida Aly Design, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are possible under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide photographic evidence via WhatsApp.
  • Incomplete Orders: If the order is incomplete, we’ll gladly assist with a return.
  • Return Window: Returns must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with the original proof of purchase receipt.

How to Return:

  1. Verify Your Order: Share your original order number, along with your name, email, and phone number.
  2. Submit Proof: If there's an issue with your order, send pictures or videos via WhatsApp.
  3. Request a Return: Initiate the return request on WhatsApp with all necessary details and proof.
  4. Return Shipping: For international returns, you'll need to send the item back via a courier recommended by our customer care team. The return address will be shared with you on WhatsApp.
  5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed for the cost of the items only (shipping charges are non-refundable). Refunds will be issued once the item is received at our return address. The processing time is 8-12 business days.

Exchanges and Store Credit:

  • Exchange: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Store Credit: If your return is approved, we may offer store credit of equal or lesser value, valid for a specified period.

Non-Eligibility for Returns:

  • Changed Mind or No Longer Needed: Returns will not be accepted if you simply change your mind or no longer need the item.
  • No Technical Issues: We cannot accept returns if there are no issues with the product.
  • Unopened or Unworn Items: Items that are returned without being damaged or defective will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Special Discounts: Orders with special discounts given as a favor are not eligible for returns.
  • Custom Size Orders: Custom size outfits cannot be returned. It’s your responsibility to request pictures before dispatch, especially for wedding wear, formal, or bridal outfits.

Important Notes:

  • Return Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Condition of Returned Items: If the product is returned in an unsuitable condition, damaged, or has violated care instructions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send it back to you.
  • No Returns After Acknowledgement: Once the order is acknowledged via WhatsApp, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Address Change Policy:

  • No Address Changes: We cannot accommodate address changes once an order is placed.
