Refund Policy

Please note: we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are happy to exchange your piece for any other outfit of your choice.

We do not provide monetary refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged for any other piece within 7 days of delivery. If the new piece costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, the remaining amount is held as store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags. Made-to-order, bridal, sale, and accessory items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Email info@nidaaly.com with your order number and the piece you'd like instead, and our team will arrange the exchange.
