These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NidaAly website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

NidaAly is a fashion label offering womenswear and menswear, operating from Karachi, Pakistan, and shipping to Pakistan, the UAE, and the USA. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean NidaAly.

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handcrafted and embroidered pieces may have minor variations that are part of their character and not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We may add, change, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in your applicable local currency and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes and shipping as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

While we take care to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it; this does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will arrange an appropriate exchange or store credit in line with our policies.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, and by placing an order you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

We aim to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timeframes shown on our Shipping & Delivery page, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer exchanges only and do not provide monetary refunds. Eligible, unworn items with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy, which form part of these Terms.

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of NidaAly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, interfering with its operation, or using it to infringe the rights of others.

Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, NidaAly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent “Last updated” date applies to your use of the website and any orders you place.
